Hartfield Limited was formed in November 2009 and formally incorporated in March 2010 following on from the individual successes of its founders in the fields of Management Consultancy, Human Resources Management and Recruitment.

Based in Lagos, Nigeria, Hartfield Limited specialises in the search, screening and placement of talented middle to top executives in reputable organisations especially within the Financial Services, Oil & Gas, and Energy sectors.

Our direct and indirect association with these industries over the years has provided us with an invaluable insight into the workings of the different sectors as well as the calibre of individuals required to keep the top companies at the zenith of their sector.

With a combined business experience of 25 years as well as extensive exposure to international best practice, Hartfield’s founders are well-placed to assist corporations of all sizes in the areas of Human Resources Management and talent hunting.
